Hey, RedGIFs Creators!👋 While July has brought more minor updates, we’re still working hard behind the scenes to improve your experience. Here’s a quick look at what’s new this month.
Community Tag Feedback Has Arrived
To improve the site’s browsing experience, we’ve introduced Community Tag Feedback. Now, you can flag irrelevant tags in content.
Here’s how it works:
When you encounter a tag that doesn’t match the content, click the three dots to open the menu, then select “Flag irrelevant tags.”
This will enable (x) next to all Tags; click on the ones you think should be removed.
You’ll then see a message confirming that your feedback has been received.
Your feedback is essential in helping us refine and improve tag accuracy, which makes better search results for everyone in our wonderful community!
Improved Visual Elements for Voting on Niche Content
We’ve updated the appearance of the voting buttons for content in Niches. The first time you encounter the new voting arrows, you’ll now see this tooltip introducing the feature.
Upvote content relevant to the Niche and downvote content that shouldn’t be there.
